There appears to have been a mini 'fall' either overnight or during the day as a weather front has passed through as there were significantly more wheatears than this am plus 50+ white/ pied wagtails and at least 20 linnet and two male reed bunting on the causeway between nos. 2 and 3. One kestrel, at least one ringed plover, four LRP, one swallow and hundreds of sand martin.

A chance visit to Audenshaw this morning
Kittiwake was present on no 1 for a few minutes, flew off towards no 2 according to Roy Travis and he couldn't relocate the bird on 2

Stopped off to see cursed caz this afternoon but no one home although I did see a bloke with long dark hair and a velvet suit carrying a roll of wallpaper slipping off the res!

One TWITE this afternoon betweem 17:00 and 17:40pm. Feeding in the area between the hide and the central well.

one slav greve - best views yet of the delightful yet elusive bird. Was very close in and was able to pick out the odd winter plumage feather on it!
