Was unable to locate the Scaup (but they could be in one of the wells).
The 2 Long-tailed Ducks remain on no 1 Reservoir. Now 2 Scaup; male and female on no 2. Also 3 Wigeon, 20 Goosander and 64 Goldeneye. The only notable in the roost was an adult Yellow-legged Gull.

1st winter Caspian Gull was showing well on the bank of no 1 this afternoon and is definitely the sam as the Shaw bird from the 12th; it finally roosted on no 2. The only other notable bird in the roost was an adult Yellow-legged Gull.
The 2 Long-tailed Ducks remain as does the 1st winter male Scaup, also 18 Pochard, 1 Teal and a Redshank.

Eventually, some 39 Whooper Swans were present with eight more dropping out of the sky to join the original 31.
30 of them then flew north at 5:15pm.
Long-tailed Duck and Scaup also still present.

This afternoon's sightings:
The 2 Long-tailed Ducks remain on no 1 Resv and the 1st winter male Scaup is still on no 2. Also 17 Pochard and 2 Redshank. The regular 1st winter Caspian Gull arrived on no 1 Resv at 15.40pm, also an adult Yellow-legged Gull in the roost.

Late post from Monday morning before driving to Norfolk for work.
1 Long-tailed duck - the 2nd bird may well still be there also 1 Scaup - looking rather dapper 13 Pochard 8 Linnet - flew through heading south between No.1 & 3 1 Buzzard - moving north distantly over Droylsden
Also a darvic ringed herring gull (appeared to be 2nd winter), yellow ring, left tarsus, Y:106, was on the bank of No.3 - appears to be from a ringing project in York but I am yet to receive any further details.

Both Long-tailed Ducks on no1 reservoir this afternoon, female was on no2 initially but flew to no1.
The Scaup was sleeping with the 19 Pochard, also present were 36 Lapwing and Skylark flight call heard a couple of times.

This pm up to 4.30pm in very choppy conditions;
Neither Long-tailed Duck could be found but they could just have been hiding behind the waves! The drake Scaup was still on, also 19 Pochard and 9 Teal. The only notables in the Gull roost were an adult Yellow-legged Gull (appeared to be the regular bird) and the Black-headed Gull with white primaries.
2 ad Yellow-legged Gulls in the roost this evening, also Long-tailed Duck still.

The 1st w Caspian Gull was really obliging, stood on the edge of the stonework between No2 & No3 with 1st w Herring Gulls and Lesser Black-backed Gulls close by for comparison. The difference in leg length noticeable as well as the finer straighter bill and smaller head.

First winter drake Scaup still present today, also 7 Goosander.

Redshank x 1 (on #2, theres a bit of a spit forming on the East side).

Mute Swan x 5 (1 adult, 4 immature).
