This am, highlights.
Red-breasted Merganser x 1(flitting between No 2 & No 3). Common Tern x 6. Common Sandpiper x 4. Grey Heron x 4. Sparrowhawk x 1 female, (left a young Lesser Black-backed Gull injured & exhausted, and was finished off by a pair of Carrion Crow). Goldeneye x 2 ( eclipse male & a female). Gadwall x 4. Cormorant x 1. Tufted Duck x c76. Female Mallard with 4 chicks.
No sign of the Little Egret mid pm today, presumably flushed by a Grey Heron which appeared to have taken its place!

Highlights.
Red-breasted Merganser x 1(possibly 2) was originally located on #2, but flew off. Another was located a while later on #1. Unsure if was the same bird or not. Record shots below.
