Few sightings to report up to 2.15 today. Sunny. Nothing much from the Dam. At Lock Lane a Sparrowhawk flew across towards the Lodge. Lapwing....... from Lock Lane a flock of c85 was seen leaving the Lodge and heading over Hunger Hill. .................. Later a flock of 23 circled the lodge, twice, before heading off in the same direction. At the Lodge, the ice show was nearly over, with the ice thin and patchy. Birds on the ice were c70 Gulls (mainly Black-headed with a few Lesser Black-backed), Mallards and Waterfowl. Teal...c25 scattered about on the edges, Just a few on the ice or in open water. Two Herring Gulls circled very high and passed onto Ladybridge later returning low over me.

Nuthatch a pair
Goldcrest 2 together
Nothing much from the Dam. At Lock Lane a Sparrowhawk flew across towards the Lodge.
Lapwing....... from Lock Lane a flock of c85 was seen leaving the Lodge and heading over Hunger Hill.
.................. Later a flock of 23 circled the lodge, twice, before heading off in the same direction.
At the Lodge, the ice show was nearly over, with the ice thin and patchy.
Birds on the ice were c70 Gulls (mainly Black-headed with a few Lesser Black-backed), Mallards
and Waterfowl.
Teal...c25 scattered about on the edges, Just a few on the ice or in open water.
Two Herring Gulls circled very high and passed onto Ladybridge later returning low over me.
