It would appear that the Castleshaw bird scarers have been out in force recently. Only 2 Black-headed Gull seen in a brief visit of both reservoirs. It has been quiet lately with Goosander being the recent highlight.

I have started the feeder station up again today. The seed tray survived the scroats but the feeders have been smashed up.
I have put up a new seed and nut feeder and restocked the tray. Almost immediately, a Robin and Blue Tit appeared and started feeding.
