Male Kestrel was flying around under the Stretford End roof at Old Trafford yesterday, just before end of match. It eventually flew up to the back and stayed there hidden from view. presumably roosting.

I was invited to the Etihad by an old business contact today. Enjoyed the hospitality and the match apart from the result. As well as a few feral pigeons flying around there was one Diver sp on the pitch that gave a really impressive display mid-way through the second half

Peregrine falcon over the Reebok stadium during this afternoon's victory over Burnley It (or another one?) was in attendance during the FA Cup match against Everton a couple of weeks ago too. It does a good job keeping the pigeons away, although I would like it to swoop down and take a useless C Eagles off the pitch

I think it is indeed time to change your binoculars Dave.
I'm a City fan who was also at the game and having seen the replay, it wasn't a Meadow Pipit or a Lesser-Spotted Dzeko even.
Being at The Ethiad Stadium, Manchester, it had to be a Great Northern Diver didn't it?.
