There were three birds in the air on Tuesday but I assumed that the two adults had been joined by an interloper - maybe one of the young had left the ledge....

Actually - it may be the male on the nest - I am not sure, if so we have a male interloper - either way there are three!

More excitement today - a second female type has appeared on the scene - with one bird sat on the nest what I think was the male and a rogue female have been playing in the air off and on for the last couple of hours...

Does anyone know when the live feed is going to start. The pair on the wildlife whisperer website( london )have an egg and the ones in nottingham and norwich are spending lots of time on the nest trays. Hopefully our pairs around the county will be laying anytime now and it would be great to watch them on cctv.

You can often find one on the Town Hall, Arndale sign or Premier Inn sign.

Was lucky enough to be at the top of the Town Hall Clock Tower today - saw a group of Pigeons swirling in agitation around a building below, inevitably, there was a Peregrine on hand - it flew past me reasonably close before zooming off to perch atop the Arndale Tower. A second bird then also landed on the Arndale.

In my defence I am busy at work and can't spend as long as I would like gazing across the Manchester skyline!
Good views of two Peregrine Falcons perched on the corner of a city centre office block this morning.
